Our Work

Programs built for safety, dignity,

Live Cohorts

Small, facilitated group experiences—structured for safety.

Live cohorts provide structure, support, and connection for people who carry ongoing responsibility for others and are experiencing burnout, overwhelm, or transition.

  • Caregivers (foster, kinship, adoptive, aging parent/family care)
  • Helping professionals in high-stress or service-oriented roles
  • Women in midlife transition or extended seasons of responsibility
  • People used to being “the strong one” who are feeling depleted

What Cohorts Include

  • Trauma-informed nervous-system education (accessible language)
  • Grounding and regulation practices for daily life
  • Guided reflection and integration
  • Relational support within clear, respectful boundaries
  • Gentle structure and accountability—without urgency or performance

How They’re Held

  • Facilitated, not self-directed
  • Relational, not clinical
  • Structured, but not prescriptive
  • Choice, pacing, and dignity are prioritized
  • Participants are never asked to relive trauma or share beyond comfort

Availability

Cohorts are offered periodically and intentionally limited in size to preserve depth and safety. Upcoming cohorts and enrollment details will be shared as they are scheduled.
